Use this assessment to understand an individual’s preferred style as they influence others.
The assessment highlights an individual’s dominant style in influencing: Do they rationalize
their viewpoint, assert their opinions on others, negotiate with those that are being
influenced, inspire others to agree with them or do they use bridging as a strategy?
This assessment addresses individual strengths and challenges, explains how to address
underutilized styles and provides tips for using influencing effectively.
More organisations are becoming flatter in structure and the ability to influence is no longer
reserved for those in positions of power. Learning about your people’s influence style can
help organisations to better understand how people are communicating and help individuals
to build flexibility and skill in how they communicate with and influence others.
The Influence Style Indicator is a powerful scientific tool. It shows high reliability, meaning
that if retested under similar conditions, the results are consistent.
It also shows high validity, meaning that it is precise in reflecting the qualities it sets out to
measure.
You will become fully certified to put the Influence Style Indicator into practice. However we
will still provide on-going post-accreditation support so that you can remain confident and
creative when you use the tool to enhance your business.
