What is a career theme?

This model divides careers into six categories, or themes: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional.

A ‘doer’ who enjoys physical activity and working with their hands will score highly on the Realistic scale, while a ‘persuader’ who thrives on taking charge and competition will score highly on the Enterprising scale.
